Radvilė Bieliauskienė

Radvilė Bieliauskienė is the Head of the Legal Department at LATGA, an association that collectively administers copyrights for authors across various creative fields. In addition to collecting royalties for the use of authors’ works, LATGA actively works to prevent copyright infringements, funds art and cultural projects, and educates the public on copyright-related issues. Radvilė holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law and has been working in the field of copyright law for more than 15 years. She provides legal consultations to authors and users of creative works regarding copyright agreements and usage conditions, advises creators in cases of unauthorized use of their work, and participates in various working groups addressing current copyright issues. Over the past several years, she has also frequently led seminars on copyright and collective copyright administration for a wide range of audiences, including authors, students, library sector professionals, and representatives from academia and business.
