Is parking at the Litexpo free for exhibitors and artists?

There is free parking provided with your booth. You can find parking lots around the Litexpo.

Where do I register to become an exhibitor?

You can register online or you can contact Darius Krasauskas from our Exhibit Sales Team to discuss our booth options.

What can't I sell?

Exhibitors/Artists cannot sell pornographic materials, weapons that are not legal by Lithuanian legislation, bootlegged material and art that the seller doesn’t have the creator’s authorization to sell. Also, without prior approval they cannot sell food or drinks in the Exhibition Hall.

Does my booth/table include power?

No. Power can be purchased from the Litexpo Convention Centre in advance or on the first day of the convention only. If you require electrical service for 2019, let us know, and we will forward your request to responsible person.

What time does Registration open?

8AM Friday until 8PM and 7AM Saturday until the end of time. In other words, someone is always at registration for you.

Do exhibitors/vendors accept credit cards for purchases?

Most of them do.

Can I choose my booth / table location?

Generally speaking no. Exhibitors who have booked  more than 100 square meters booths can choose their location. If you’ve booked less you can give us your preferred location, and we’ll do our best to get you where you’d like to be located. 

Is there security?

Yes, Security will be onsite. Please note there is no security for your individual booth, you are responsible for your own items. Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of Comic Con Baltics.

How many passes do I get as an exhibitor?

You will receive 2 weekend passes per 3m2 booth. Only exhibitors or employees/volunteers working the booth will be granted exhibitor passes. Exhibitor passes must be picked up at Registration, and will not be passed out to exhibitors under any other circumstances.

*Please note, if you’re booking more than 3m2 you will receive more weekend passes.

What hours does my exhibitor space need to stay open during the show?

Your booth or table space must be staffed at all times during normal exhibition hours:

Friday, May 20: 10:00AM to 6:00PM
Saturday, May 21: 10:00AM to 7:00PM
Sunday, May 22: 10:00AM to 6:00PM

In the event that you do not have adequate staff available for breaks or emergencies, please consult with Comic Con Baltics staff to cover your space.
