Tomas Stamulis is an information security expert who has been involved in security improvement and consulting for so long that he doesn’t even remember what he did before he plunged into this field. He was responsible for coordinating the implementation of the Action Plan for Strengthening Electronic Information Security in Lithuania, drafting the Cyber Security Law, drafting cyber security requirements for state institutions, and other documents and processes to grow cyber security in Lithuania. During his career, in addition to assisting various companies and organisations in assessing and strengthening their security, he has also helped to foster a culture of security both internally and through his community activities. Most of all, I enjoy helping people and companies understand why and how to take care of security, and least of all drafting documents, but someone has to do this equally important job.
