Asta Norvilienė is an experienced specialist in the cinema industry, celebrating 19 years in the industry this year. Her passion for cinema goes beyond her working hours – it is also a big part of her leisure time. She particularly admires the dynamism of the industry, with 4-7 new films released every Friday, so there is never a dull moment.

In her career, Asta has gained valuable experience in cinema operations and human resources management. Currently, she is responsible for the marketing and communication of the CINAMON cinema group in the Baltic States.
