She is known for the quality and details in her cosplays, her most known cosplay is Margaery Tyrell from Game of Thrones. She has worked with gaming companies such as CDprojektred and most of her cosplays are fabric and leather based.

Please introduce yourself – what’s your cosplay name, where are you from, how long have you been cosplaying?

I am Santatory a cosplayer from Norway, I have been cosplaying since 2012.

How did you start cosplaying? What was you first costume?

I started cosplaying because I like to create stuff and the first real cosplay I made was Eowyn from Lord of the rings.

Do you have your favorite costume? If yes – what is it and why?

It’s hard to choose a favorite for me since I put so much effort, love and work in ro all my cosplays, they are all my cosplay babies.

What part of this hobby/life style do you like the most? Why?

The part I like the most is that I get to be creative, meet new people and make friends with similar interests.

Why cosplay is important for you?

Cosplay is important to me because I get to express love for the Fandoms I care about in a creative and awesome way.

How do you choose characters that you cosplay?

I choose characters based on different things, such as personality, design and what that character means to me.

How much time do you usually spend on one costume? What was the longest time you spent on one costume and which costume it was?

The amount of time I use on crafting a cosplay, not including the time it takes collect all the materials, can vary from a couple of days to several months.

The longest time I think was Philippa Eilhart from the Witcher series, it was about two months, not including the research

What would you consider to be the biggest achievement in you cosplay carrier?

My biggest achievement was when I got to work with CDprojektred, making a character from my favorite fictional universe.

Do you have any funny stories or accidents related to cosplay?

One year when I attended a convention Someone came up to me and was overjoyed and exctatic,  and wanted me to sign autographs because they taught I was Natalie Dormer, when I was in my Margaery Tyrell cosplay.

What would you say for people who thinks that cosplay is pointless waste of time and money?

Everyone values different things, let us do what makes us happy and you do the same, things that make you happy.

What would you advice or whish for people who want to start cosplaying, but for unknown reasons are afraid or just don’t know where to start?

Just do it! It’s fun, and you don’t have to make your cosplays if that’s what scares you, buy one and join us in this amasing and awesome hobby.

Is there anything else you would like to say? J

I am looking forward to seeing and meeting all of you!
