The star of the cult TV series “Money Heist” is arriving in Vilnius

More and more often you can hear about famous personalities of the film and television industry coming to the Baltics. This time the good news reached the fans of the cult series “Money Heist”. One of the stars of the series, Enrique Arce, who embodied the memorable character of Arturo Román in the project, announced his arrival in Vilnius. The purpose of the actor’s stay in Lithuania is the largest popular culture event in the Baltic States, “Comic Con Baltics 2022: Together with GameOn”, which will take place on 20-22 of May at LITEXPO. Guest’s arrival is sponsored by “PartyCasino”.

E. Arce is a famous Spanish actor whose career dates back to the 2000s. While studying law at the university, E. Arce realized that this professional field was not for him. Significant changes took place after the actor won the popular Spanish show “Ellos i Elles”. E. Arce dedicated the money of the prize he won to study at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

Later on, the actor developed his career in Spain and abroad. Arce’s most famous projects include roles in the historical fiction series “Knightfall”, the movie “A Long Way Down”, and the world-famous TV series “Money Heist”.

Part in a world-famous TV series

“The actor appeared in all seasons of the series “Money Heist”, which are probably one of the most famous projects filmed in Spain. His character Arturo Román is the brightest hostage character in the story and sure is memorable for every fan of the series. We can reveal that in reality, E. Arce is a very charismatic and cheerful personality, so the meeting at the event will leave a great impression on all the fans of the series,” says Tomas Vievesis, the organizer of “Comic Con Baltics 2022: Together with GameOn”.

In 2017, the series “Money Heist”, originally titled “La casa de papel” in Spanish, appeared on the Spanish television channel “Antena 3”. According to the director’s original idea, “Money Heist” was planned to be a short TV project consisting of 15 series.

At the end of 2017, the series was acquired by “Netflix” and the original episodes were divided into 22 shorter scenes, giving it a new name – “Money Heist”. Today, the series has been running for five seasons, and E. Arce, who arrives in Lithuania, has played in each of them.

“The series has won many awards, the most prominent of which is the Emmy statuette for best dramatic series at the 46th International Emmy Awards Ceremony. The television project is praised for its diverse plot, dramatic elements. In 2018, the drama was recognized on the “Netflix” platform as the most watched non-English language series and one of the most watched in general,” says the organizer of the popular culture event.

Everyone who wants to meet E. Arce in person, chat, take a picture together or even get an autograph will be able to do that during the popular culture event “Comic Con Baltics 2022: Together with GameOn”. The event will take place on 21-22 of May.

Meanwhile, all three days of “Comic Con Baltics 2022: Together with GameOn” will feature not only meetings with celebrities of comics, movies, and TV series but also computer game spaces, a cosplay competition, presentations of the latest films, the scenery from the world’s most famous films and TV series, famous cinema, and television guest announcements and many other entertainments related to popular and gaming culture.
