Everything you need to easily get to LITEXPO and know where to go when you arrive.

Getting there

By public transport

Buses 2G and 21 and trolleybuses 16 and 18 stop at the “LITEXPO” stop, which is about a 10-minute walk from the main entrance. On Saturday, this is the most convenient way to get there, as the car park fills up early.

By car

Parking in publicly accessible car parks near LITEXPO costs €0,60 per hour. In other car parks farther from LITEXPO, parking costs €4 per day (until 23:59 on the same day). Prices are subject to change.

From the airport

Ride-hailing services (“Bolt”, “Uber”, etc.) from Vilnius Airport cost €5–15 (prices may be higher during peak times), and the journey takes approximately 20 minutes.
By public transport: take bus 3G to the “Vienaragių” stop, then take bus 2G towards Santariškės or trolleybus 16 towards Pašilaičiai. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes.

At the venue

The doors open at 10:00 on each day of the festival.

Entrances

The festival grounds can only be accessed through the main entrance from Parodų Street.

Cloakroom

Cloakrooms will be available in the Halls 5 and 3, where you can leave your belongings. The cloakrooms will operate depending on the weather conditions.

Food & drink

Visitors can grab a bite at the cafés inside LITEXPO or head to the “Food & Lounge” area, where a variety of food trucks will be waiting.

ATMs & payment

There is an ATM in Hall 5 (near the main enterance), but we recommend getting cash in advance. Most vendors accept card payments, but it is still a good idea to have some cash with you.

At the door

Bags & security check

  • All bags are checked at the entrance. We recommend bringing only essential items to help speed up the security check.
  • All visitors undergo a brief security check, so please keep your bags open and ready for inspection.
  • Glass bottles, alcohol, and your own food are not allowed inside the festival grounds. You may bring an unopened bottle of water or a reusable water bottle.

Cosplay & props

Props & weapons policy

A brief summary of the general festival rules for visitors. In case of any disputes, the official Festival Rules shall apply.

  • Any functional firearms, sharpened blades, and props made of real steel are prohibited. Replicas must be clearly non-functional and visibly fake.
  • All props are checked at the entrance. Approved props will be marked with a colored tag valid for the entire weekend.
  • Large props must be possible for one person to carry. Under no circumstances may they block walkways or exits.
  • If the person responsible for safety determines that a prop poses a risk in the crowd, you may be asked to take it to your car, even if the prop has been approved and marked.

Cameras out

Photography & filming

  • Photography and filming for personal purposes are permitted throughout the festival, except in the specially designated guest autograph and photoshoot area. Special rules apply in this area, and all visitors and participants must follow them. Visitors or participants who violate these rules may be removed from the festival.
  • Photography and filming, as well as the use of photographed or filmed material, must not demean, insult, or otherwise violate the dignity, honor, or legitimate interests of the person being photographed or filmed.
  • Always ask for a cosplayer’s permission before photographing or filming them. Wearing a costume does not automatically mean consent to be photographed or filmed.
  • Accreditation is required for commercial or media photography and filming. To apply, please complete the registration form. Submitting the registration form does not guarantee entry to the festival or approval of accreditation. Bringing kids

Age & minors

  • A child is defined as a person aged 16 or under, while an adult is defined as a person aged 17 or over.
  • Children aged 6 or under are admitted to the festival free of charge when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket.
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their visit to the festival.
  • Supervised meeting points are available at the information desks, where visitors who become separated can meet up with the people accompanying them.

During the day

Re-entry, food & smoking

  • The wristband is valid for the duration of the purchased ticket. With a one-day ticket, you may leave the festival grounds and return as many times as you wish on the same day. With a weekend or other three-day ticket, you may leave and return as many times as you wish throughout all three days of the ticket’s validity.
  • Food and drinks are available for purchase inside the festival. Only unopened water bottles or reusable water bottles may be brought inside.
  • Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas.

If something’s missing

Lost & found

  • Found something? Please bring it to the festival information desk.
  • Lost something? During the festival, please ask at the information desks. After the festival, contact info@litexpo.lt.
  • Unclaimed items are kept on the LITEXPO premises for 3 months after the festival. If they are not claimed within this period, they will be disposed of.
